Ingredients
1ozBlanco Tequila
1ozGin
3/4ozFresh Lime Juice
3/4ozAgave Syrupsee below
1/4ozGreen Chartreuse
1sliceBell Pepper
Instructions
Add the liquid ingredients to your cocktail shaker
Cut a 1/2 inch thick slice of bell pepper and drop into the shaker
Muddle aggressively to release the juices from the pepper
Add ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wheel
Notes
** To make agave syrup measure equal parts agave nectar and water in a small sauce pan and heat gently just until the agave is dissolved. Let the syrup cool before storing in the refrigerator.
